Your observations resonated well with me as I invested around 25 years of my precious time to formal education which produced less returnes than my effort. I come to this world again I would focus on more informal learnign than formal one. Both have different benefits but as you articulated formal education unfortunately teach us to avoid failure which is a critical part of life. My favourite skill is problem solving which I mainly gained through trial and error. You are spot on principles rather than bunch of facts. And your third point the ability to stay calm in the mids of chaos is another crucial life lesson. Thank you for your sharing your insights elegantly. I enjoyed this story very much. I am grateful for your contributions.
