Your observations are spot on. I was one of those when undertaking my postgraduate studies dealing with fascinating amalgamation of human and artificial intelligence and suffered a lot even for meeting my basic needs like sleep.

One day studying on a paper spending 18 hour without food, drink, nature break had finally was the last straw to break my habit. Why was I procrastinating to fulfill my natural needs?
