Yes, Tim invest most of his creative and productive energy to Substack because Medium is no longer profitable for freelance writers even they have thousands of followers like Tim. If he can't thrive on this platform what is the chance of new writers. Medium is still good platform to repurpose content but it is no longer the primary one as it is unreliable.
