This came to my attention too yesterday as the incident happened in one of my publications. The situation concerned me deeply and I reported it to the trust team for quick investigation. Although we had many plagiarism cases and reported over 300 which all addressed by Medium Trust team timely, this one is unique because it also involves cyberbullying which is another crime and writers need to be extra careful to protect their accounts and their own safety. I am glad you wrote about this important case which ever writer needs to understand and readers should collaborate to prevent such cases. If anyone notice duplicate content they need to flag the content which is published at a later date.
