Thank your for this feedback Berna Tural. To answer your wise question: for example carbohydrates, plants and fibre are essential to be healthy. Like many people I proved that they were not essential for me. I am not against them by the way. I shared my experience and perspectives in my stories on Transhumanism Leadership publication. Another interesting one was “breakfast is the most important meal”. This one was the most problematic which I believed. Removing breakfast help me thrive.
