Thank you for your vlauable feedback and sharing your experience, Diana. I also had vitamin D deficiency in my younger years due to fear of sunlight and a diet that did not include vitamin D. Fixing it made a wonderful impact helping me recover from an inflammatory autoimmune disorder. I documented my experiences in several articles. I link one of them here as a reference. Yes, magnesium is the next impactful one which can be easily detected and fixed with suplementation. B6 plays a critical role in many biochemical reactions in the body. For me the biggest issue was vitamin B12 deficiency which caused anemia and brain fog.It is essential to get biomarkers checked regularly to stay in the safe side.

Here is the link to addressing autoimmune disorder where Vitamin D, K2, calcium and magnesium played a role https://medium.com/sensible-biohacking-transhumanism/heres-how-i-tamed-my-overactive-immune-system-and-eliminated-arthritis-symptoms-in-5-steps-c95747a731fb
