Thank you for your valuable feedback, Edith. I used to be metabolically disadvantaged as my body couldn't process carbs properly and quickly turned them into fat molecules. Therefore I became pre-diabetic in my younger years. In terms of cholesterol, ironically in high fat diets, consuming 200g of healthy fat, my cholesterol has been optimized, which is much better than when I was in low fat diets. I documented my research and perspectives in an article using French paradox. Dietary cholesterol has minimal effect on blood lipid levels. There is enough empirical evidence on it. Even those who wrote the wrong hypothesis admitted it.
