Thank you for your valuable feedback and sharing your sleep experience. I also found tools measuring sleep quality very helpful. Like yourself, I am subscribed to both Lumosity and Elevate to create cognitive reserves for many years. Both have different exercises strengthening cognitive abilities. However they can be addictive. So I limit my time around 10 minutes for each nowadays.
