Thank you for your valuable feedback and Mick and nice to meet you. Yes there are too many supplements. I write only about important and well-researched molecules or nutrients. Reviewing them does not apply they are needed by everyone. For example I used to take B12 when I was severely deficient in my younger years but I don't take it anymore as my food has it in abundance. Some supplements like the niacin I wrote a few days ago can be very helpful as a preventative measure for those having lipid (fat) issues as a cardiovascular risk. I personally want to take all my nutrients from whole foods and only supplement if I have deficiency or have risk factors for certain conditions.
