Thank you for your valuable feedback and for examining the paper. Several things in the story raised alarm bells for me therefore I wanted to create awareness. Diabetes is a serious health condition causing suffering for millions of people, including millions of deaths yearly. It is a subject close to my heart as some family members lost their vision and some close friends got amputated due to excessive sugar in their diets which was not detected in their earlier lives. Unfortunately diabetes also increases the risks of heart disease and Alzheimer's which is now called type III diabetes. These types of studies do not help innocent people at all. Our lives matter in this short timeframe on this planet.
