Thank you for your lovely feedback, Elizabeth. Happy New Year to you, too. Apart from some Himalayan salt in my water, I also take around 600 mg of magnesium and 5 mg of lithium orotate at night to lower daily physical stress and improve my sleep quality. I wrote about these supplements before.
