I eat my one meal in the evening usually around 7PM. I don’t supplement with protein as I already get my daily protein requirement in this meal. I got informed advice from qualified dieticians on precise protein need for my metabolism.

An hour before going to bad I drink a glass of bone broth which help me sleep better.
