As key stakeholders of this platform we should raise our authentic voice and become a catalyst for positive change. I have already cancelled my FoM despite being an ardent supporter of it for over 12 months. It no longer adds any value. But if Medium proves it works, I will be happy to upgrade it because I do care about the happiness of writers and the growth of the platform. I am not anti-Medium, far from it I am an ally. However, currently, Medium concerns me due to mismanagement, lack of transparency, and lack of strategy operating in a firefighting mode.
