Thank you for your feedback, Lanu. Yes, definitely we feel hungry when we start fasting due to the grehlin hormone. But this hormone fluctuates, goes and down therefore observing it can be helpful. When the body becomes fat adapted it will be leptin sensitive and with the help of ketone bodies the hunger will disappear. I don't feel any hunger with one meal a day or up to 10 day fasting. But I used to feel hungry when I started it first time.
