Thank you for your feedback. From my experience, the best approach is lower carbs and increase healthy fats gradually. As fat digestion is a challenge in the beginning, using digestive enyzimes like lipase can be helpful. Even though I eat only animal fat, I know that monosaturated fats from plants sources such as avocados, macadamian nuts, and olive oils can be useful as alternative. These are my thoughts and experiences only, not health advice.
