Numerous healthcare professionals including medical doctors, dietiticians, and nutritionists in my circles consume beef liver even more than I do. When I checked medical sites like WebMD, there was no mention of such concern. They all highlight the nutritional value of the liver. The only concern is potential Vitamin A toxicity in extreme cases.
