Thank you for your feedback. Do you mean nutritional fat intake spikes more insulin than carbs? That is the other way around from my research and experience perspectives. Insulin primarily attempts to reduce glucose from the bloodstream. Fat has the lowest impact on insulin release compared to carbs and proteins. Therefore ketosis is much easier in high-fat diets like ketogenic eating regimes. I have been testing my blood sugar for years and getting checked blood-markers related to insulin regularly. Carbs skyrocket it. Proteins mildly impact it. Fat has very tiny impact. Maybe you mean something else. Type one and two diabetes are different health conditions. My focus here is on type two.
