Thank you for your feedback. Many cultures and religions use fasting throughout the history. Unless you have any underlying conditions, fasting is possible and not as bad as it might sound. The body has a built in system converting glucose from amino acids and fats in the absence of food. Besides there is some stored glycogen in the liver to suffice around ror one meal. The good part is that the liver starts creating ketones as alternative energy which is cleaner and also serve as a signaling molecule to lower inflammation. I love staying in ketosis as it gives me mental clarity and physical energy in the absence of glucose from food.
