Thank you for this insightful piece. I see technology as a double edged sword. You articulated your concerns well. If used ethically it is a good tool but otherwise it cause us serious problems. For example artificial superintelligence really concerns me and even cause the end of our lives if not controlled. I wrote about it two years ago.
