Thank you for sharing your valuable experience with practical tips to manage rumination through mindfulness. I also struggled from this condition in my younger years but fortunately found ways to tame the emotional side of my brain by fortifying the neocortex. Your approach is very handy. In addition I use meditation which is an excellent tool to discipline mind.
