Thank you for sharing your experience. Your points resonated well with me as when I was in high carbs diets with 3 meals and 3 snacks I was starting and craving all the time. So my body was spiking insulin 6 times a day. It was a miserable situation for many years. But now I eat only one time nutritious food and don’t feel any hunger and all food cravings gone after many years. Hormones, neurotransmitters, and enzymes play a role. I shared the hormonal effects of fat loss in this article. Insulin, cortisol, leptin, and ghrelin are the one that we really need to understand at least.
