Thank you for sharing your experience, Andie. I also use topical magnesium in cream and spray format. In fact, I create my spray by adding Epsom Salts to water and spray it to my lower body after intense workouts. It improved my recovery. As I mentioned it in my previous stories, I neglected this valuable approach in this story. I am glad you mentioned it. One of my family members cannot tolerate ingest format so she relies on only food and dermal intake.
