Thank you for sharing your experience. Fasted cardio works well for some people. These two techniques are great but I'd also add a 10 minute meditation or some sort of relaxation as caffeine and cardio can elevate cortisol levels and prevent tapping into belly fat. I explained this with example in my stories on Euphoria. I admire your practical approaches.
