Thank you for sharing your experience. Eggs are full of essential nutrients. I restarted eating them as mentioned in one of my recent stories. They interestingly do not increase my cholesterol. In fact, dietary cholesterol has little or no impact on overall cholestrol levels in the body as documented in the literature. Personally I have no fear of cholesterol but it is important for those who have underlying health conditions. Excellent story as usual.
