Yes, you can lose weight with calory deficit as I pointed out but losing fat with elevated insulin levels is not possible. It is the premise of this story. I specifed "fat" versus "weight". I solved my fat problem with no focus on calories but more attention to hormones such as insulin and cartisol that made the real difference in the process. I conducted extensive literature review from the body knowledge before penning this article.
