Thank you for inspiring comments. Interestingly I have genetic risks such as carbs intolerance. My parents and several family members had diabetes. Since I switched from carbs to healthy fat for energy, I reduced my metabolic syndrome and diabetes risks substantially. Genetics is a constant but epigenetics give us power.
