Thank you for creating awareness of these tags. Even though volume of stories depict popularity, a better metric is the subscription volume rather than number of writers and stories. For example, a few tags like "Life " is overused and it is very difficult for a new writer to get visibility among such a high volume of stories in the topics page. I like your principle to diversity tags using two different approaches. Great work as usual.
