I personally encourage our readers to consider upgrading to Friends of Medium to better support writers. However, writers should also engage meaningfully in their peers' stories by being avid readers. If each writer reads just one story a day, it would result in 25,000 read stories. Personally, I read approximately 100 stories daily and contribute one story per day
