Thank you for articulating our values so clearly. I am grateful for volunteer editors like you who support our writers who delight our readers. I believe the new changes on Medium and our new guidelines will bring more value to talented writers and discerning readers. Our new strategy is to raise the quality bar for Illumination supporting now over 70K readers while giving flexibility to 22K writers for growth without causing rejections, allowing them to host their stories on our other publications. I will be happy to support non-members affected by the MPP situation. However, I highly encourage those writers who can afford to upgrade their membership as it will bring them a lot of benefits in the long run. I observed the benefits in hundreds of writers whom I have mentored since our inception. Your dedication to quality and fairness is truly invaluable. I appreciate your altruistic support for a long time, and I'm grateful to have you as a precious member of our wonderful team.
