My practice is unusual as I don’t consume plants for various health reasons I experienced in the past. I used to follow strict plant based diets being a vegetarian for long, a vegan and fruritarian for a while which did not align with my genetic makeup. Intolerance to some chemicals like oxylates caused autoimmune conditions. I believe plants are beneficial for a majority and they are low-carb and low calory but there are always exceptions for people who are intolerant to carbs and plant chemicals. I had to eliminate fiber as well. I thought it was essential but in my case it was not.

By the way, I never recommend my dietary or lifestyle choices to others as we are all unique. I only share my experience and perspectives for information purposes. I shared my tansition from plant based to animal based diet using a ketogenic diet in personal story. I believe everyone needs a customized diet based on their body type, health conditions, and lif goals with support from their qualified healthcare professionals. I don’t believe any diet is better than another one. I see it as an individual matter. I also see diet as a health matter.

I also shared my experience about fiber in a short story. There is a video attached from a medical doctor who provides valuable perspectives on fiber. I used to over-consume fiber which caused serious digestive issues to me. However, some people thrive with fiber so again it is a personal matter.

Thank you for reading and commenting. I appreciate your time and effort.
