I read your story with fascination. Like you I read many articles about dangers of sunbathing. For many years I abstained from sunlight in southern hemisphere but I believe we need a bit of sunlight daily so I precautiously allocated 15 to 20 minutes a day which improved my vitamin D levels and boosted my mood. I read in some papers that different body types have different reaction to sunlight. Thank you for sharing your experience with your beautiful writing style always appealing to me.
