I liked your tips as I used to be a marathon runner in my 20s. Unfortunately it did not work well for me as I got very unhealthy and metabolically broken due to excessive carbs. It was lovely to get endogenous endorphins but it was not good as it elevated my cortisol and led to abdominal obesity.
