I had some restrictions like clapping more than 150 articles or some of our editors cannot publish 15 articles a day but I hever had an issue with leaving comments. Sometimes I leave more than 100 a day. Sorry to hear about your situation. Thank you for sharing your experience. It is great to know that helpdesk can remove restriction.
