I experienced many of these problems and received hundreds of inquiries from our writers. These seem to be new bugs after Medium introduced the new layout. This change also affect our productivity in publishing. I hope Medium addresses these issues timely. They don't serve the platform and make it difficult for writers, readers, and editors.
