I don't use tea nowadays but I used to. My way of indicucing flow is first take a cold shower, then do a bit of workouts followed by 20 minutes of meditation and start working or studing with full concenration. I made the flow state a lifestyle choice. I touch on flow in my every wellness story as it is key to creativity, productivity and better mental health.
