I am so excited to come across your article as exposing sunlight to my body without any cream is my passion too. I have been experimenting this consciously and bravely over a decade.

Your logic is compelling and make great sense. As you mentioned Vitamin D is so critical as a hormone. Even supplements cannot replace the type of D that we get from sunlight. As a byproduct, after sun exposure my testosterone level considerably increased and other blood markers turned to optimal.

Since skin cancer is a serious concern, I discussed this with several health professionals, get regular skin checks, and they confirmed that my skin would not be a problem. However some sensitive skins may require special attention. The key precaution is not to burn and keeping it reasonable such as 20–30 minutes in a day. I shared this experience as one of my personal hacks in a book.
