I am on OMAD (One Meal A Day) which is type of an intermittent fasting. My eating window is around 2 hours. I remain fasted for 22 hours with water. I also try monthly long term fast such as from 2 days to 7 days depending on my work situation. I wrote several stories about my fat loss journey using intermittent fasting and ketogenic diets. I also shared experiences of other friends whom I observed and interacted.
