I agree with you in theory. However, in practice, I haven't seen any documented cases as mentioned to another reader (Barry) earlier. I don't see eating liver as mistake as after eating it for many years my health significantly improved. I believe in empirical evidence for health not perceptions and assumptions. To stay in safe side for antibiotics and pesticides, I consume grass fed and organic meat. If liver is so unhealthy, why do you think so many medical professionals including doctors, dieticians, and nutritionists eat it? Surely they know the health implications of food better than public.
