I agree with you, Aaron, on saturated fats. In the right amount, saturated fats from healthy sources are part of our evolution. Personally, I have no fear of it, but I used to fear it because of the faulty hypothesis presented to us as truth. Believing in that made me metabolically broken at a young age. Only after questioning the faulty science, I fixed my health issues. I hope David's story is seen by the public as it reflects the truth, as a few decades ago, MDs, particularly cardiologists, were fearful of eating fats from cheese, meat, and eggs, which are the most natural foods. My hypothesis is that if excessive saturated fat is mixed up with too much sugar and junk food, it can be harmful and one of the reasons for the obesity epidemic and cardiometabolic disorders.
