I agree with all points but this one depends on each individual. If a person is not fat-adapted and only use ingested glucose as energy then yes they must eat within 45 minutes. But a person like me who mainly burn fat and eat only one meal a day and sometimes fast for 10 days there is no need to eat immediately. However listening to the body is wise. If a person feel hungry yes they need to eat if not hungry then they can wait until the body tells it is time to nourish. Thank you for writing this informative piece.
