I agree on the situation of heart disease as I discussed it in a previous article. It is also a topic close to my heart seeing people to die in front of my eyes. https://medium.com/sensible-biohacking-transhumanism/three-tips-to-improve-cardiovascular-health-39eccc10dc59

The more we deep dive to the topic the less irrelevant cholestrol hypothesis looks. Metabolic diseases lije diabetes, heart diesease, amd some cancers all have a common pattern. It is the elephant in the room You might guess, insulin resistance. If we had paid as much attention to insulin resistance as cholestrol most of those issues could have been prevented. The cholestrol myth unfortunately added fule to the fire. Humans have eaten saturated fats for thousands of years. Some cultures like inuits thrived with animal fats with no metabolic disease like we have in this century. Diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, cancers and neurdegenerative diseases all hit the surface in a specific timeframe. It was when we started demonizing fat and praixing refined carbs. This is the clearest pattern to me over my five decades of observations and reviews. If you are living in US you should have been familiar with the work of Dr Steven Phiney, Dr Jeff Volek, Dr Jason Fung, Gary Taubs, and as mentioned in the article Nina T.
