Hi Trav thank you for letting me know about the story of Dr Lutz whom I know well as I even interviewed him last year. I have great respect for him. His article has a merit from scientific research point of view but he misses nuances and use himself as an example. I believe him that alcohol might not be harmful for him as he is a conscious drinker and do lots of thing good. You can't say I did not do research as I studied the effects of ethanol in the brain over a decade in the labs. It is the most toxic thing for the brain. WHO doesn't scare people it creates independent evidence. Thanks for inspiring me write a more detailed story on this. I have no issues about criticism and in fact I embrace it. I never scare people, I raise awareness with pros and cons. Alcohol might not cause problem to everyone but can do a lot of harm to some people. Evidence is as clear as the sky is blue.
