Hi Tom, thank you for this inspiring feedback which meant a lot to me. Supplementing magnesium could be a bit of a problem for some people however from my experience the best way is to get it through skin. So I use hot bath with Epsom salts which are very cheap. They not only provide sufficient magnesium but also help us feel very relaxed and helps with sleep. I also make a spray of it and use for my lower body parts.
