You can apply as an overseas student to Australia but the cost is prohibitive in my observations. The second option is work visa that you can obtain from the Australian embassy in Ankara or Istanbul.

Migration rules got very stringent especially after the pandemic but there might be options. For example, Some business organizations sponsor for work visa so you may consider their support. I wish you the best in your career growth.
