Hi Mindy, thank you for sharing your valuable experience. I am pleased they solved your issue well. I had similar issue with Twitter in 2020 which caused to lose my thousand of followers. I wrote about my thoughts and feeling at that time. After that I created a new account and they suspended it once more but this time they apologized as it was by mistake and fixed it. Now I am happy with X but I am always cautious not to trust any social media problem as they might suspend an account due to invalid reasons. I link my old story here for interested readers.
