Hi Mike I finally joined your one digit cent club today. Yes my story about California wildfires earned 4 cents. So according to Scott's recent viral blog on Medium's biggest publication I am also considered as a spammer here after being a chief editor of 15 publications, creating a community of 35 thousand writers, and a publication with 181K followers. Let alone birthing hundreds of boosted stories when I was a boost nominator. The faulty algorithm ignores everything and perhaps think that my heart-felt story was created by AI tools. What a bizarre world it is now. I really miss the golden days of Medium. I am not sure they will come back. So I will stop writing and ask my editors not to curate stories for this platform now which gives no value to authentic writers and allow spammers and scammers run rampant.
