Hi Linda Caroll. I agree with your comment. Publications on Medium don’t have paid editors. All editors are donating their precious time to amplify published stories on Medium. Unless editors are compensated, it is not feasible to expect full editing service from the voluntary publication owners. Writers legally publish on Medium and they add their stories to publications. The role of the publication in this economic climate is only to amplify the stories of writers to the followers of the publication. Expecting more from unpaid publications is not reasonable in my humble opinion.
