Hi Gabriel, I agree it takes time. Actually it took them around 3 hours a day. Mark told me walking 3 hours was much better than watching TV which caused them diabetes. They are retired so time is not a problem to them. But I did it when I was working full time and studying part time. My timing was 1 hour btw 6 and 7 AM before going to work, 1 hour lunch time at work, and 1 hour after dinner. It was doable and it helped me a lot on those days. I reversed my prediabetes. Now I only do around 10K steps a day which is enough for me. I agree with your point on diabetes. It is a deadly disease. It is also close to my heart affecting some family members and close friends.
