Hi Elizabeth yes the did not respond many applicants. I was one of the lucky ones on those days. First year they were great but the year after the platform got very problematic and like many writers I stopped contributing. Now the same thing seems to happen. I wouldn't waste my time. I don't think you missed much unless you have very juicy stories from your local area :-) Thank you for your kind words about the book.
