Hi Elizabeth, I eat the egg yolks as raw but ensure that they are from reliable sources to lower salmonella risk. My friends who has an organic farm give us free eggs as I help them in the farm as hobby. Avacodo and pistachio nuts were also my favourites. You inspired me to consider them but I am extra careful with plants and nuts due to my prior autoimmune conditions.
